It all started with four friends on holiday in the Austrian Alps. After a few drinks, the idea for Flügel emerged on a beer mat at the bar. If they had known then what they had actually recorded on that beer mat… When they got back from their holiday, they couldn’t let go of the idea. They decided to turn their idea into an actual product. Today, Flügel is a staple, and you can find the pink party duck in almost 20 countries worldwide. That’s one proud duck!
